Ingredients:- 

100grms Ghee
100grms jaggery (Gur)(unprocessed)
50grms Sounth (Dry ginger powder)

 
Take a pan heat the ghee for a minute add jaggry in it and then after the jaggery melts add sounth. Again stir it.. Thats it ,have one tea spoon each in lunch and dinner.. it should be taken while eating lunch and dinner..
