Ingredients:-
100grms Ghee
100grms jaggery (Gur)(unprocessed)
50grms Sounth (Dry ginger powder)
Take a pan heat the ghee for a minute add jaggry in it and then after the jaggery melts add sounth. Again stir it.. Thats it ,
have one tea spoon each in lunch and dinner.. it should be taken while eating lunch and dinner..
